Wind Load testing

After being subjected to load tests in accordance with regulations UNI 1932:2002 and UNI 13659:2009, Rolltek Ala Reverse was rated in wind resistance class 6 for dimensions up to 2,5 m in width and class 5 over.

Mechanical endurance

Following repeated cycles of actuation, always in compliance with UNI EN 13659, was rated in mechanical endurance corresponding to infinite life.

Thermal and visual confort

Following the proof of determination of thermal and visual confort characteristics, according to the UNI EN 14501: 2006, Rolltek presents solar factor Gtot with type C windows equal to Class 4.”

Qualicoat

The aluminum profiles are painted according to specific rules, regulated by Qualicoat, to ensure the quality on aluminum painted. To achieve this objective, the QUALICOAT is committed to:

• Establish specific processes, products and tests to be carried in the painting systems
• Issuing of licenses to painting systems that use the quality mark
• Monitor the correct application of the specifications in the coating plant licensees.
